Treatment protocol |
Cells were seeded in 100 mm dishes in triplicate. The following day, cells were washed with PBS, and treated with serum-free IMEM. Twenty-four hrs later, cells were treated +/- 10 ug/mL insulin. RNA was harvested after 4 or 24 hrs of insulin stimulation.

MCF-7 cells are maintained in IMEM + 10% FBS.
