Treatment protocol |
A375 cells were seeded in 6-well plates. 20h after seeding when the cells reached 30% confluence, they were transfected with 100nm of siRNA with 30μl Oligofectamine accroding to the manufacture's instruction. After 48h, the cells were harvested and RNAs were used for the microarray analysis.

A375 cells were grown in DMEM medium containing 10% FBS at 37 ˚C in a fully humidified atmosphere containing 5% CO2
