Total RNA extraction of FACS events was done using NEB Monarch Total RNA Miniprep (New England Biolabs [NEB] T2010). RNA-Seq libraries were prepared using NEBNext® Poly(A) mRNA Magnetic Isolation Module (NEB E7490S) and NEBNext® Ultra™ II RNA Library Prep with Sample Purification Beads (NEB E7775S) following the recommendations of the manufacturer. Indexing of libraries was done using NEBNext® Multiplex Oligos for Illumina® (Index Primers Set 1) (NEB E7335S) and NEBNext® Multiplex Oligos for Illumina® (Index Primers Set 2) (NEB E7500S) according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
