Extraction protocol |
RNA was extracted from mouse tissue using simple TRIzol method. Libraries were constructed using Illumina's Nextera XT DNA Library Preparation Kit. Before libraries were constructed two rounds of poly-A selection were performed on total RNA before double stranded cDNA was synthesized. This cDNA was used as the templated for the library construction.
