Description
Chromatin immunoprecipitated DNA (Cy5) was co-hybridized with total genomic DNA (Cy3). The ratio between Cy5 and Cy3 signal was calculated for all high quality features.
Data processing
The acquired microarray image was analyzed with GenePix Pro 6.0 software. After excluding the spots flagged for bad quality, signal ratios were log2 transformed and normalized using intensity-dependent normalization.
