Treatment protocol |
Embryos were dechorionated with 100% bleach, and washed with D.I. water several times. Washed and drained embryos were placed in the Trizol solution (Invitrogen).

Growth protocol |
For both genotypes (Control and dMyc+) 0-24 hours embryos were collected on a grape juice agar at 25C.
