Title: SNP detection method using PolyBayes program performed over preselected set of trace files from all participating labs

Description:
A Bayesian statistical approach (implemented in PolyYayes program) was applied
to clusters of high quality reads representing unique genomic locations. The
method then determined if a part of such multiple alignment contains polimorphic
nucleotides based on quality score of the base call from every sequence
contributing to the cluster
