FaeA/PapI family transcriptional regulator
This family represents a number of fimbrial protein transcription regulators found in Gram-negative bacteria. These proteins are thought to facilitate binding of the leucine-rich regulatory protein to regulatory elements, possibly by inhibiting deoxyadenosine methylation of these elements by deoxyadenosine methylase [1,2]. ArsR family transcriptional regulator
Members of this family contains a DNA binding 'helix-turn-helix' motif. This family includes other proteins which are not included in the Prosite definition. [1]. 9466913. winged helix-turn-helix domain-containing protein
winged helix-turn-helix (wHTH) domain-containing protein with an ArsR family wHTH domain, binds DNA and may function as a transcriptional regulator
