DUF1492 domain-containing protein
This family consists of several hypothetical, highly conserved Streptococcal and related phage proteins of around 100 residues in length. The function of this family is unknown. It appears to be distantly related to Pfam:PF08281. (from Pfam)
phage transcriptional regulator, RinA family
This HMM represents a family of phage proteins, including RinA, a transcriptional activator in staphylococcal phage phi 11. This family shows similarity to ArpU, a phage-related putative autolysin regulator, and to some sporulation-specific sigma factors.
