HP1451 C-terminal domain
HP1451 modulates the ATPase activity of HP0525 H. pylori. It is suggested that HP1451 acts as an inhibitory factor of HP0525 to regulate Cag-mediated secretion. It consists of two domains. The two HP1451 domains (referred to as the KH-domain and S8-domain) interact with each other via two salt bridges. The second domain is structurally homologous to other nucleic acid-binding proteins such as the NTD of ribosomal protein S8 and DNaseI [1]. [1]. 17972918. Identification, structure and mode of action of a new regulator of the Helicobacter pylori HP0525 ATPase. Hare S, Fischer W, Williams R, Terradot L, Bayliss R, Haas R, Waksman G;. EMBO J. 2007;26:4926-4934. (from Pfam)
Jag N-terminal domain-containing protein
This domain is found at the N-terminus of proteins containing Pfam:PF13083 and Pfam:PF01424, including the jag proteins. (from Pfam)
