YlmH/Sll1252 family protein
This HMM describes a conserved region 84 amino acids in length shared across a family of bacterial proteins that are consistently about 260 amino acids in length. Member proteins include Sll1252 from Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803, which is called an S4 domain-containing RNA-binding protein, and cell division protein YlmH from Bacillus subtilis, Streptococcus pneumoniae, and other Firmicutes.
