S46 family peptidase
Dipeptidyl-peptidase 7 (DPP-7) is the best characterised member of this family. It is a serine peptidase that is located on the cell surface and is predicted to have two N-terminal transmembrane domains. (from Pfam)
S46 family peptidase is a serine protease similar to Capnocytophaga gingivalis dipeptidyl-peptidase 7 and Asp/Glu-specific dipeptidyl-peptidase, which catalyze the removal of dipeptides from the N-terminus of oligopeptides
