BREX-3 system P-loop-containing protein BrxF

This family of proteins that are about 150 amino acids in length includes BrxF from type 3 BREX (bacteriophage exclusion) systems. Most members have the P-loop motif GxxGxGKT, but the region is surprisingly poorly conserved in a sizable fraction of otherwise strongly similar proteins.
