S46 family peptidase
Dipeptidyl-peptidase 7 (DPP-7) is the best characterised member of this family. It is a serine peptidase that is located on the cell surface and is predicted to have two N-terminal transmembrane domains. (from Pfam)
Peptidase S7, Flavivirus NS3 serine protease
The viral genome is a positive strand RNA that encodes a single polyprotein precursor. Processing of the polyprotein precursor into mature proteins is carried out by the host signal peptidase and by NS3 serine protease, which requires NS2B (Pfam:PF01002) as a cofactor [4].
