VPA1269 family protein
Members of this protein are suggested by Pfam to be phage integrases. NCBI notes that this protein regularly occurs in mobile islands of Gamma-proteobacteria, adjacent to a tyrosine recombinase we name GmtY. Members include VPA1269 from a pathogenicity island found in some isolates of Vibrio parahaemolyticus.
integrase family protein
integrase family protein similar to phage integrase, which mediates unidirectional site-specific recombination between two DNA recognition sequences, the phage attachment site, attP, and the bacterial attachment site, attB
