DUF1615 family protein
This is a family of proteins of unknown function expressed by various bacterial species. Some members of this family (e.g. Swiss:Q8Z8Z7, Swiss:Q8ZRF4) are thought to be lipoproteins. Another member of this family (Swiss:Q93SV8) is thought to be involved in photosynthesis [1]. Based on structure predictions (from AlphaFold and structural comparisons using DALI server), this family may have a lysozyme-like fold. [1]. 10976061.
