4Fe-4S dicluster domain-containing protein
This family includes proteins containing domains which bind to iron-sulfur clusters. Members include bacterial ferredoxins, various dehydrogenases, and various reductases. The structure of the domain is an alpha-antiparallel beta sandwich. (from Pfam)
Superfamily includes proteins containing domains which bind to iron-sulfur clusters. Members include bacterial ferredoxins, various dehydrogenases, and various reductases. Structure of the domain is an alpha-antiparallel beta sandwich. Domain contains two 4Fe4S clusters. (from Pfam)

DmsB/YnfG family anaerobic dimethyl sulfoxide reductase iron-sulfur subunit
DmsB/YnfG family anaerobic dimethyl sulfoxide reductase iron-sulfur subunit is the electron transfer subunit of the terminal reductase during anaerobic growth on various sulfoxide and N-oxide compounds
DMSO/selenate family reductase complex B subunit
This family include the iron-sulfur subunit, DmsB, of an enzyme called the anaerobic dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) reductase. In E. coli K-12, it also includes the 94 percent identical paralog YnfG of a related enzyme that may also have DMSO reductase activity but that may act as a selenate reductase as well. The DmsB and DmsC contribute to catalysis, while DmsC is a membrane anchor and electron transport subunit.
