TraG P-loop domain
This entry represents the P-loop domain found in the TraG conjugation protein. (from Pfam)
VirB4-like conjugal transfer ATPase, CD1110 family
Members of this family average 800 amino acids in length, resemble VirB4 of type IV secretory systems, and appear to be involved in DNA transfer as by conjugative transposons or plasmids. Member proteins include CD630_11100 (CD1110), CD630_18560 (CD1856), and CD630_04180 (CD0418) from the model strain Clostridium difficile 630, and gbs1135 from the Enterococcus faecalis conjugative plasmid pCF10.
VirB4 family type IV secretion system protein
VirB4 family type IV secretion (T4S) system protein similar to VirB4, an ATPase that is the most conserved component of T4S systems and is vital for pilus biogenesis, substrate transfer, and virulence
