SCO6745 family protein
This family is related to Pfam model PF21863, but is more selective, and identifies only full length homologs of SCO6745 from Streptomyces coelicolor A3(2) and MSMEG_6750 from Mycobacterium smegmatis str. MC2 155. PF21863 suggests a relationship to helix-turn-helix transcriptional regulators such as MarR.
helix-turn-helix domain-containing protein
This family of proteins is found in bacteria and eukaryotes. Proteins in this family are typically between 270 and 293 amino acids in length. These proteins are composed of a large alpha-helical domain which appears to be related to MarR transcription factors. (from Pfam)
