DUF3562 domain-containing protein
This family of proteins is functionally uncharacterised. This protein is found in bacteria. Proteins in this family are typically between 62 to 84 amino acids in length. This protein has two completely conserved residues (A and Y) that may be functionally important. (from Pfam)
three-helix bundle dimerization domain-containing protein
This uncharacterized domain, about 56 amino acids long, occurs most often at the N-terminus of proteins from the Actinomycetes. In Cg_ArsC1', the region is a three-helix bundle responsible for dimerization (see PDB:3t38), in an N-terminal extension region that most other arsenate reductases lack.
