Summary:
Analysis of immature dendritic cell lines (iDCs) treated with the butanol-fraction of stems and leaves of E. purpurea [BF/S+L/Ep] containing defined bioactive phytocompounds. Results provide insight into molecular mechanisms underlying the immune-modulatory activities induced by the phytocompounds.
