Summary:
Analysis of subcutaneous tumors or lung metastases from immunodeficient mice injected subcutaneously or intravenously with a poorly-metastatic A375 melanoma cell line (ATCC) or with highly-metastatic derivative cell lines. Results provide insight into the molecular mechanisms underlying metastasis.
