Summary: Analyis of vastus lateralis muscles of patients with iron-sulfur cluster scaffold homolog (ISCU) myopathy. ISCU is a rare autosomal recessive Fe-S cluster deficiency syndrome characterized by life-long exercise intolerance. Results provide insight into the molecular pathophysiology of ISCU myopathy.
