SRX4732684: Draft genome of Pradoshia cofamensis strain EAG3

Design: The genome of strain EAG3T was sequenced using NextSeq 500. Briefly, approximately 200 ng DNA was fragmented by covaris M220 to generate 400bp segments. End-repaired products were size selected by AMPure XP beads, PCR amplified with index primers and analyzed in 4200 Tape Station system (Agilent Technologies). After obtaining Qubit concentration, PE Illumina libraries were loaded onto NextSeq 500 for cluster generation and sequencing. The copied reverse strands were then used to sequence from the opposite end of the fragment. Thus adapter free data of 1.1 Gb was generated.
