To analyze environmental response of leaf transcriptome during hot summer season, hole-punched leaf samples of Haukei-3 melon plants were continuously obtained in a weekly manner from July to November in the greenhouse of University of Tsukuba in Japan. RNA-seq was conducted in total 75 samples from 18 independent plants.
