Design: Genomic DNA was isolated using Wizard Genomic DNA Purification Kit, Promega, USA. Illumina Nextera XT sequencing library preparation kit was used to prepare the library. Genomic DNA was fragmented/tagmented with transposomes followed by PCR amplification. During PCR amplification each insert was double indexed. After cleaning PCR products, the library was normalized and used as pool for Illumina Miseq sequencing platform.
