SRX6701969: Complete genome sequences of Shiga toxin-producing Escherichia coli that were isolated from birds
1 PACBIO_SMRT (PacBio RS II) run: 163,482 spots, 2.5G bases, 8.2Gb downloads
Design: Single Molecule, Real-Time (SMRT) sequencing was performed on the Pacific Biosciences (PacBio) RSII sequencing platform using Pacific Biosciences standard protocol 20-kb SMRTbell libraries, as described in the Procedure-Checklist-20kb-Template-Preparation-Using-BluePippin-Size-Selection procedure, with the P6/C4 sequencing chemistry and 360-min data collection protocols, and processed for sequencing as recommended by the supplier.
