SRX9714830: RNA-Seq of Drosophila teissieri GT53w generation 14: adult male testes

Design: Males from inbreeding generation 14 of the Andolfatto lab stock of Drosophila teissieri GT53w were reared to 2-6 day adults in 25C with a 12:12 photoperiod, and were dissected into headless carcass and testes by Clair Han. The testes from 4 of these dissections were pooled together for RNA extraction. RNA-seq library prepared by Julie Peng, and sequenced at Genewiz.
