We compared the transcriptomes of S. flexneri strains expressing the diguanylate cyclase VCA0956 (derived from V. cholerae) Overall design: S. flexneri 2457T containing the plasmid pVCA0956. Strains were grown with (induced) or without (uninduced) 100 µM IPTG.
