To identify snoRNAs globally in rubber tree, two cDNA libraries were constructed using the total RNAs extracted from the nuclei of the latex and leaves in rubber tree respectively. RNA-seq was then conducted for the samples of three leaf library and three latex library. Then the nucleic transcriptome was then de novo assembled and the ncRNA transcript repertoire was used for snoRNA prediction.
