SRX13337386: WGS of Citrobacter freundii for AR_0022
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 4000) run: 4.1M spots, 1.1G bases, 470.3Mb downloads

Design: WGS was performed on the Illumina HiSeq 4000 instrument using a 2X150 base pair paired-end protocol per the manufacturers recommendation. Paired-end 150 base pair reads were generated with an average of 100X coverage (a minimum of 75X coverage) per isolate.

Study: Evaluation of the Acuitas AMR Gene Panel
show Abstracthide Abstract
The Acuitas AMR Gene Panel is a qualitative, multiplex nucleic acid-based in vitro diagnostic test for detection and differentiation of 28 antimicrobial resistance markers associated with not susceptible results to one or more antimicrobial agents among cultured isolates of Enterobacterales, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Enterococcus faecalis. This study was conducted at four sites and included 1224 retrospectively collected, well-characterized clinical stock isolates and 83 prospectively collected clinical isolates. The Acuitas results were compared with a combined reference standard including whole genome sequencing, organism identification and phenotypic antimicrobial susceptibility testing.
