SRX15045498: DNA-Seq of Mycobacterium abscessus complex: isolates from patients
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina NovaSeq 6000) run: 2.8M spots, 837M bases, 311Mb downloads

Design: Sequencing libraries were generated using NEBNext Ultra DNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina (NEB, USA) following manufacturers recommendations and index codes were added to each sample. DNA samples were fragmented by sonication to a size of 350bp, then DNA fragments were end-polished, poly A-tailed, and ligated with the full-length adaptor for further PCR amplification and subsequent sequencing using Illumina NovaSeq PE150 (Novogene Bioinformatics Technology Co., Ltd.)
