The combined Protocol of the NEBNext Poly(A) mRNA Magnetic Isolation Module and the NEBNext Ultra II Directional RNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina was used to isolate poly-RNA from the total RNA fraction and further prepare the DNA libraries.
