From April 2014 to May 2022, Nosocomiicoccus organisms were isolated from 5 different patient blood cultures for analysis. Isolates underwent mass spectrometry, 16S rRNA sequencing, and whole genome sequencing for species identification and gene analylsis. Isolates were also tested for antimicrobial susceptibility.
