Next-generation sequencing (NGS) has the potential to improve our understanding of the genomic changes associated with the emerging and spread of drug-resistant tuberculosis (DR-TB). We aim to analyze the well characterized pre-XDR-TB and XDR-TB strains using the Hiseq Illumina sequencer, PromethION nanopore sequencer, and sequel II Pacbio sequencer to identify a complete genome assembly.
