Design: BGI Tech Solutions (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. performed library preparation using the BGI Optimal DNA Library Prep Kit. Whole genome sequencing was also performed by BGI using the DNBSEQ-G400 platform, with 150 bp paired-end read length.
