SRX23443097: RNA sequencing reads from Papiliotrema laurentii UFV-1 ATS under xylose chemostat 1
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 2500) run: 23.9M spots, 7.2G bases, 2.2Gb downloads

Design: For total RNA extraction, we ground three samples (n = 3) from each cultivation with liquid nitrogen using pistils for microtubes. Then, we extracted the total RNA using the TRI Reagent (Sigma-Aldrich) following the manufacturers instructions. We assessed the quality and quantity of RNA by NanoDrop (Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc.); we assessed RNA integrity by 1% agarose gel electrophoresis. Next, we sent total RNA samples to GenOne (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) for library preparation and sequencing using the Illumina HiSeq 2500 platform with the 2 x 150 bp paired-end method.
