SRX23784420: Angiosperms353 target capture of Cochranella pilosa
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina MiSeq) run: 312,539 spots, 156.9M bases, 90Mb downloads

Design: target sequence capture of Cleomaceae herbarium vouchers using the Angiosperms353 probe set
Submitted by: Washington State University
Study: Phylogenomics, biogeography, and seed morphology inform the evolutionary history of Cleomaceae
show Abstracthide Abstract
Cleomaceae is an important model clade for studies of evolutionary processes including genome evolution, floral form diversification, and photosynthetic pathway evolution. Diversification and divergence patterns in Cleomaceae remain unresolved as research has been restricted by world-wide distribution and limited genetic sampling and species coverage. We used target sequence capture and the Angiosperms353 probe set to perform a phylogenetic study of Cleomaceae that includes 236 (~86%) species.
