Design: Cross-linking was performed with formaldehyde, followed by quenching with glycine. Bacterial pellets were collected, washed with pre-cooled IP buffer, and resuspended for high-pressure disruption. Sonication was carried out, and the samples were then de-crosslinked. Chromatin immunoprecipitation was conducted using specific antibodies, followed by stringent washing steps. High-throughput sequencing libraries were prepared from 10 ng DNA.
