SRX24625329: WGS of Aeromonas caviae isolate 21-AL00095 using Illumina technology

Design: Genomic DNA of the isolate was extracted using the PureLink Genomic DNA Mini Kit (Thermo Fisher Scientific). An Illumina sequencing library was prepared using the Nextera DNA Flex Kit. Paired-end sequencing was carried out in 2 x 151-bp cycles on an Illumina NextSeq 500 device using the NextSeq 500/550 Mid Output Kit v2.5 (300 cycles).
