Study: Comparative analysis of molecular genetic features of genomes in causative agents of anthrax and tularemia in Kazakhstan
show Abstracthide Abstract
Bacillus anthracis and Francisella tularensis bacteria are causative agents of highly dangerous infectious diseases. Knowledge of the genotypes of circulating strains is important for epidemiological monitoring at the local and global levels. Full-genomic sequencing and subsequent analysis of single nucleotide polymorphisms is the method of genotyping with the highest resolutions of a powerful phylogenetic ability. To study the genotypes and genomic features of the causative agents of anthrax and tularemia circulating in Kazakhstan with using of highly discriminatory methods and full genomic sequencing.
