This study examined genotype-environment associations among candidate genes for hypoxia, cold, and dietary detoxification adaptation. We utilized target enrichment to sequence 416 nuclear genes and 'genome skimming' to sequence mitochondrial genomes in 160 American pika (Ochotona princeps) samples and one collared pika (Ochotona collaris) sample.
