Design: This study involves whole-genome sequencing of fungal pathogen Zymoseptoria tritici, which was collected from infected wheat leaves (Triticum aestivum). The goal of this project is to obtain high-quality genomic data for comparative genomics and to study the genetic diversity and pathogenicity factors of Zymoseptoria tritici. Genomic DNA was extracted from the isolate and sequenced using the illumina platform with paired-end sequencing. the resulting data will be used to understand genome structure , identify potential virulance genes, and contribute to the development of disease-resistant wheat strains
