SRX26297123: RNA-Seq of Lupinus luteus: hypocoytl 84 hpi after C lupini inoculation
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina NovaSeq 6000) run: 32.2M spots, 9.7G bases, 3Gb downloads

Design: Approximately 150 mg of fresh hypocotyl tissue were frozen with liquid nitrogen and powdered. RNA isolation was performed using Quick-RNA Plant Mini-Prep Kit (Zymo Research) following the protocol provided by the manufacturer with an extension to 30 min in DNAse digestion. Integrity of RNA assessment was performed through 2% agarose gel and electrophoresis run at 100V for 1 hour. Samples were sequenced in the Illumina Novaseq 6000 platform for 150 cycles in paired-end mode.
