Design: Tn5 Transposase were added to 1ng genomic DNA to break genomic DNA into small fragments of 100-200 bp. After that, PCR primer Mix and amplification enzyme were added to the fragmented product, and the library was amplified in the PCR instrument to improve the library concentration. After amplification, magnetic beads were purified to obtain the final library.
