SRX26676969: Aeromonas hydrophila isolate

Design: Samples were isolated from activated sludge. DNA extraction was conducted with DNeasy Blood & Tissue Kit (Qiagen, USA) using the pre-treatment step for Gram-negative bacteria recommended by the manufacturer. The Illumina NovaSeq platform at the company Novogene (Hong Kong) was used for DNA sequencing.
