Design: Notch 1/2 KO (Notch1 fl/fl; Notch2 fl/fl; CD4-CRE) and WT (Notch1 fl/fl; Notch2 fl/fl) mice were vaccinated epidermally at day 0, 3 and 6 with DNA vaccine encoding HPV E7 protein. At day 10, mice were euthanized to collect spleens, vaccine specific CD8 T cells were FACS sorted using tetramers. Each sample contains pooled splenocytes from 3 distinct animals.

The aim of the study is to characterize the contribution of Notch signaling during the priming of CD8 T cells.
