Design: Genomic libraries from the samples were prepared using the NEBNext Ultra II DNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina (NEB) according to the manufacturer's protocol. The resulting genomic libraries were mixed equimolarly into a pool, which was sequenced on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 instrument in paired-end 151+151 bp read mode.
