SRX26935437: Chlorella vulgaris total RNA
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina MiSeq) run: 35.8M spots, 10.7G bases, 3.1Gb downloads

Design: Chlorella vulgaris was grown in a shaking incubator in Proteose medium under growth lights at 20 degrees Celcius. Cells were harvested at mid-log phase, cells were lysed using bead beating and RNA extracted using Qiagen's RNeasy kit. Total RNA sequencing was completed by Azenta in Plainfield NJ who depleted ribosomes and constructed the library.

show Abstracthide Abstract
Total RNA was sequenced from the green algal Trebouxiophyte, Chlorella vulgaris, to determine if organelle (mitochondria and chloroplast) mRNAs had non-template oligonucleotide additions on their 3' termini.
