Design: The gDNA was not sheared and sequencing libraries were generated using Nextera XT library preparation kit by following user guidelines and sequencing was performed through Illumina Miseq instrument with paired-end (2 x 250 bp) configuration followed by no size selection. The quality of Illumina reads (422809 raw read pairs) was initially assessed by using FastQC v0.11.5 tool
